Projects: Planning granted for Henley first floor extension

We’re so pleased our first floor extension, ground floor refurb and garden pergola scheme has been granted planning by South Oxfordshire council.

The scheme involves changing the roof, window and door openings to an existing ground floor extension to create an open plan and airy kitchen/diner with an improved connection to the garden.

A new first floor extension allows the bathroom to move from the ground floor extension up to the first floor.

The timber pergola will create additional living space for dinner parties and outdoor cooking.

Hoping to start on site this summer.
