Proposed rear extension

We’re delighted that our proposals for extending a detached house in Guildford have been granted planning permission. The proposals are in two parts: a new single storey rear extension, with roof terrace, and a two storey side extension. The rear extension will accommodate a new open plan kitchen / dining / living space with large corner sliding doors out to the garden. The two storey side extension houses a new master suite dressing room and ensuite, with a study below.
